Leaving

Had enough,the whole reason I got fast broadband was to work from home and now with their new hub is not compatible with Forticlient VPN.. I have asked for MAP-T to be disabled which has happened so will  be telling them sort it or I'm out. Don't send me technical jargon either sort it now or you'll lose a long term customer.

@Gazzman
You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Its worth pointing out that Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky should notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period to the address the account was registered at. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
