Laptop

Hi , all my devices are connected and working fine   except my laptop which is permanently on airplane mode andxwont turn off .I have ran diagnostics and it says turn on WiFi or a network cable is not plugged in properly or may be broken , but everything else works

 Have you selected the Network icon on the taskbar, then selected Airplane/Flightmode mode, is this option visable for you ?

Hi, yes , it won't click and when it takes me to settings it's greyed out so I can't click it
