Laptop says I'm connected, but will NOT let me open my sky page, tried power off the router twice an
Powered off my router twice and my laptop. Says all ok still will not download my sky page??

How long did you leave it before starting up the router again?
Recommend you disconnect the broadband via its interface in the router/Sky App or leave the router disconnected for at least an hour to acquire a new public IP address and be assigned the correct internet zone for use by the premises.
