Laptop doesn’t recognise the new WiFi

I have new Sky WiFi and my laptop doesn't recognise the WiFi at all? I have taken my laptop to 3 local shops who provide free WiFi and my laptop recognises their WiFi immediately. Why does it not recognise my new home WiFi? How do I get this fixed

Probably your laptop doesn't support WPA3, hence why it will not connect to Sky wifi
