Laptop blocked from accessing certain websites

Hi

My work pc is now unable to connect to a remote desktop connection, along with certain websites.  Our IT company can also no longer see my laptop as visible so cannot connect to it.

The laptop works fine when I'm in the office and this issue has only started in the last 24 hours.

Other devices connected to our sky broadband are working ok.

Any advice?

Are you able to connect to anything on the work laptop or is it just disconnected completely?
