Laptop and mobile won’t work on WiFi

Work laptop works on wired connection but not WiFi, mobile works on 4/5G and non sky wifi/broadband at other locations but not on WiFi at home.

I've  had the issue for the last two weeks ... advice welcome on how to address this.
