Landline

The landline is dead and I cannot make or receive calls.  This means the broadband which comes via the phoneline is not working and I have no WiFi.  Please can you check the phoneline.

@MarkG19 There is nothing going to happen with your Forum posting, as it is NOT sky Customer Service. You need to find a method off contacting sky either via a Mobile or the social media all below bottom of the page!

If the fault,is detected you may be able to book an engineer there and then.
