Lagging
I work from home and do video calls and share content videos. I work in a loft conversion. I have experienced a few drop outs in the connection, losing calls which has never happened before with my old provider.

@Westy2026 if your hub is on the ground flloor it is worth considering buting a powerline networking set up which uses the house's mainsxwiring to carry the data to your work area. These can be bought with built-in wifi access point and are simple to install and likely to be better than relying on WiFi extenders. You can also connect your PC/lsptop to the adapter by ethernet which will help,with lag.
