Lag!!!

So our new sky broadband went live this week. All ok, internet works, but so much lag. Browser pages opening, apps slow, etc. multiple devices all having the same

issue. For example, my iPhone, running apps and websites all fine on old planet at a slow speed, 5g on my phone all fine. Sky broadband, Speedtest 500mbps+ but the lag between actions is crazy. Apps hanging, refresh slow, etc. I've power cycled both he ONT and sky router, same. This happens on windows laptops, iPads, pc, iPhone, just lag everywhere. Checked for buffer-bloat, which gave me a grade B, so something is up. Router location is central in the house, same place as the last 2 routers. This is not a device problem our end, I plugged the old plus net router back in and everything went back

to normal. It's either a problem with the sky router or networking somewhere.

Re: Lag!!!

Exactly same issues for me since activating broadband 500 as a new customer 5 days ago. I'm going round in circles with 'help' process and can't speak to anyone

Can you test with a computer (PC or laptop) physically plugged into the router via ethernet cable to rule out a WiFI issue? Test using fast.com and click on 'Show More Info' to get latency figures.
