Lag spikes in specific application everything else unaffected

So i play an MMORPG often and i've been seeing lag spikes and complete drop oouts over the last week or so. But the weird thing is nothing else is affected. Voice calls will act fine, i can hear and be heard. Spotify or youtube doesn't glitch or buffer. Connected over ethernet
