Mine too.......there's a pinned post about scheduled maintenance between 12 & 7am from the morning of the 26th but it doesn't specify which date just says time to time - maybe that's the issue ?

If you have broadband issues between midnight and 0700 it’s likely to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. That pinned post is for any night and isn't specific to one night.

@HazBear the issue is simply Openreach who operate the network dont tell their customers the ISPs when they are taking down an OLT thst generates the optical signal for work. Each node on an OLT supports up to 30 lines who could be customers of any ISP selling Openreach connections. If a whole unit requires an update then you may have a few hundred Sky customers affected. Each of the over 1,000 digital exchanges have multiple OLT units. To give advanced notice to the customers affected would be administratively complex  and expensive and given the vast majority of the domestic customers are asleep largly pointless.
