LOS light is red, no internet

Have gone through all suggested fixes but it seems the LOS red light will remain on regardless and the hub won't reconnect to the internet

@OW1998  given the time of day you posted it could well be maintenace work however if it's still down this morning and the service checker does not offer help call Sky to report the issue.
