Had sky broadband installed today. It worked perfectly for about 15 minutes, and then stopped. LOS light is red. Followed all the steps on the help pages, and it resulted in an engineer being booked for a couple of days time.
Now concerned that if it gets fixed by Sky/openreach I'll get charged for a call out.
Anyone else had this?
