LOS Light Siro

I recently got 1gb fiber with SIRO Installed. Tonight, my siro LOS light is flashing red and has been for 2 hours..

 

Has anyone had any luck with this been resolved?

@SD. if the connection test in the My Sky app run over a mobile does not idicate a known issue suggest you call Sky when their lines open.
