Hi, I've just updated to a white router and need to send my black router back, can I use the packaging the white one came in?

Yes, under the box that holds the white hub, within the exterior box when you remove the smaller box there should be a return label underneath that you can use to return via the post office 

take a picture of the label and make sure they give you the tracking details
