Tried holding eps button, unplugging and resetting all boxes. The broadband box is working and has all green lights, the downstairs sky q box has 3 green lights and is working and the tv sky q box appears to be on and has green light. BUT the upstairs sky booster only has 2 green lights (the middle connection light is not on). Wi-Fi is working but not consistently, internet is not working on tv to be able to get catch up etc. Network connection shows a cross x. Briefly fixed it but was very slow and then cut out.

Message on tv is

Unsuccessful connection.
