Keeps disconnecting
Since my new router and move to fast fibre the Sky Q box loses connectivity so no Netflix or Amazon and tv guide fails to load, theis then drops the sky mini box and booster, this the causes the ring cameras to do disconnect and heating system. It's doing this 4/5 a day and I constantly need to reset everything.

@Katgwood if with the switch to full fibre you have been given a white Sky hub thexway Sky Q connects will have changed. Only the main Sky Q box can connect to the hub's WiFi yyour Q minis have to be connected to the main Q bo's WiFi and devices like your Ring cameras cannit connect via the Sky Q boxes'hotspots.
I wiuld call Sky explain the issue they will sell you a package ccalled WiFi Max hooefully at a large discount and send you out an extrnder which hopefully sort the isdue for you.

Thanks for the info I called sky and they are now sending an engineer around. sky max wasn't mentioned, to be honest I don't think they had a clue.
