I can't update my post so I would have to re write one because I posted it too early
It's been over a mounth since I purchased broadband and open reach still have not come out out to activate the landline they have delayed for a mounth now and also the sky broadband box havent even shown up yet either in the post sky havent even dispatched it yet
When rung them a few weeks ago they said that open reach is comeing for definite to activate the land line and the box would come the next day bit nether showed up
It's different excuses all the time when I ring or when they give an update message
I honestly don't know why they aren't holding up to their end of the contract
