Keep getting a steady orange light on the router

At midnight on the 6th May, my router disconnected from the WiFi. I have attempted to reconnect to the WIFI, I have tried all rebooting, restarting and renabling solutions possible but none of them are working. 

please can you advise and support, as I'm looking to have this rectified asap.

Power and Wifi are green; Internet (middle light) is amber. My Sky says my wifi is fine. I have no internet connection on wifi though.

payiny £43 a  month for this...this is so annoying.

Just put a tweet on X, appears to be affecting Greenwich/Woolwich area in London. Must be issue at local exchange - even though diagnostics say no issues in the area! Tried calling, automated line, nigh impossible to report issue.

Yeah I think you're right about this, I'm based in the Greenwich/Woolwich area & this happened after midnight then nothing changed. It's been the same ever since, no doubt the phone lines will be busy in the morning because of this too.

Finally got message in service checker that there's an issue with broadband and have managed to book an engineer visit. Good luck, All, hope it gets fixed for everyone asap.

For some of you, at that time of night, it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
