Just moved home, wifi signal keeps dropping.

Hi,

we have mused moved house and an engineer came on 21st July to set up home broadband and wifi. The WiFi signal keeps dropping on the devices. I have turned the broadband off and on multiple times along with wifi router. I have also checked the signal checker test for broad band on Sky app.

@Hira25 Did you have sky before the move and took all with you when you moved, or is this a complete fresh install to a sky connected system!
