Just installed full fibre, keeps dropping

Just moved into our new house, sky installed new full fibre, installed the open reach outlet and plugged router in. Internet connection cuts out completely then comes back minutes later then cuts out again sporadically

@Scotlm Take a look at the Fibre ONT so it's not doing the dropping out, and the sky Hub may just be FW updating, link below as you do not say what you have!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

I've diagnosed, power light on the hub is on, all correct lighting on the Openreach socket on, lights off are wifi, internet and voice. When I run a diagnostic service check, by that time the system is usually back on, so it tells me all is good. but then the wifi/internet will go off again. I'm in service check limbo.

@Scotlm Ok, the sky Hub is the one to look at, to start with and even if the BB disappears it should only ever drop back to the Power and WiFi both solid Green, and the Internet/Voice lights may go Amber not Lit or any combo for those two.....

The most common issue is the power adapter to the sky Hub, especially if NOT in the mains socket and on a multiblock power strip....

The sky Hub should not be rebooting all the way back to a restart mode!

I will try, power is plugged straight in the mains, maybe it's a dodgy hub. Open reach socket doesn't seem to be the issue
