Perhaps worth noting that for Sky the 'Whole Home' product is the television subscription supplement which enables more than one puck to be used at an address: it's not related to WiFi (unlike the BT product of the same name)

The Sky wireless booster hardware is a 'pod' that is potentially available as part of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' element of the 'WiFi Max' broadband subscription supplement.

@The_OG_Wifey_P  How many pucks did you order?

What else do you  think you've ordered?

Did you order a broadband connection, if so the connection or go live date is a minimum of 10 working days friom the day of placing the order, the hub is only sent a few days before go live.

Sky doesn't ship booster pods alongside Stream pucks.
