Just got sky full fibre, my home phone does not work with it

plugged home phone into socket on back of sky router but it does not work

'Just got' as in activated today?  What colour is the Voice light on the front of the Hub?

Have you checked to see if the phone still works in the old copper port if its still there? Perhaps it hasnt been moved over yet

@jamesn123I had to re-start the router for the voice side to take effect. Also had a few instaces on here that the router had not been re-started since the service went live.
