Just about had enough

I have issues with sky broadband and WiFi in my house for nearly 4 weeks now. I raised issue with sky and they sent a new router. The broadband and WiFi are even worse now. An engineer called to my home last Saturday and said the router was the issue as it had not been addressed to my account and this was escalated to sky..I received a text message to say the issue would be resolved by 19th of November but still the same. I'm going to give sky until Friday then I'm going to cancel all broadband , landlines and WiFi and go elsewhere.
