Joining as new customer
Going round in circles with the chat bot. All I want to do is talk to a person about getting sky and the options available, seems impossible to find a telephone number for sales. Any ideas?
going to be heading to BT soon at this rate, so frustrating!!

Re: Joining as new customer
@Charizard & @Sah4 if the online tool is not helping use the contact us link at the bottom as it should offer a phone number. However any Sky number starting 03 will get you onto the IVR system. The forum does not allow posting of phone numbers.

Re: Joining as new customer
Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
