Hi,
I ordered Sky broadband on 5th May. On 14th May, Openreach's worker came and told me they have to rebuild the wires at outside, then he took some pictures and write the report back to the office to see what to do next to connect the broadband service. However the didn't reach me and don't have any updates.
Can you please check for me and give me some updates?
