Issues with wifi

We have no internet connection on our tv to our sky puck. When we click on the Home Screen it comes up saying no internet connection.

 

when we go into settings to fix it the status of our network connection is not connected. With the broadband router coming up with a tick but the connection to internet coming up with a cross.

 

how do we fix it

Not really, it is intermittent like with the tv

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
