Issues with my Order

I ordered Sky Broadband yesterday and later received an email from Sky telling me there's some issue with my order and Sky needed some more info from me to get it done. Could you contact me either thru my cell number or my e-mail address clarify what kind of info Sky wants me to provide? It's because I want to see my internet to be set up without further delay. Thanks in advance for your assistance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sorry @Anna1121 but this community doesn't work like this as this is where customers help each other so you will need to call Sky about this.
