Issues with internet

My internet has been down for a little while now in Braintree Essex is this a sky issue

Yes I also work from home couple days a week so will need it by Friday, I am in office today so cant call them until later tonight for what help they will be

I phoned them they're aware and fixing it as soon as possible. Thanks etc. Hope it's not political, it seems our government has upset half the world and now the Trumps..
