Issues with internet

My internet isn't working! Says broadband connection but not internet. Can you help

This is happening to us too. We are in the south so I'm guessing this might be an issue everywhere, I have done reset after reset and not getting anywhere

Same issue is happening to me in notts, hib is showing orange lights and restarted the router correctly twice and still no avail. Says on sky's website theres no service issues but there is. I'm also on sky mobile and since my wifi has gone down my phone data and connection in general keeps completely loosing connection as well. 
hopefilly it's resolved soon.
