Issues with broadband/wifi

Connection keeps on going down. Multiple device keep on losing connection throughout the day. I have even connected three deco mesh boosters which aren't helping. Previously everything was fine (including the mesh boosters). Then I received a message from you stating that I need a new router. I fitted the new router and had issues immediately with multiple devices, so I reverted back to the old router,but the issues remain. I keep on testing online but it says everything is fine. When I called, the robot says that I have an issue with the home setup, but directs me back to your site that says everything is fine. Very frustrating since it clearly isn't fine

Still no messages although I had an email saying that somebody replied.

 

I need this sorted as soon as possible as my contract is coming up and I need to look around for reliable providers
