Ive have my Sky Broadband installed yesterday and for the most part, its working fine. I can stream movies and use some apps on my phone however it will not load anything on the internet or on selected apps.
ive checked the sky app and it states i have nothing wrong with my connection, ive reset it and tried disconnecting and connecting again however nothing. If i switch to mobile data a internet search works normal, just not with my newly installed WIFI!!!

First thing to try is to check the default age setting on Sky Broadband Shield.
