Issues with Teams calls

I'm having issues with Teams calls; frequently (every few seconds when it is worst) the sound drops out and picture freezes, This makes it almost impossible to have a conversation.

I've seen other people have had similar issues but haven't seen any solutions...

Looks like you are using WiFi exclusively so its likely WiFi interference. You can take a look at WiFi troubleshooting here;

I didn't find anything very useful there - I restarted the router but the problem is still happening.

What else should I try? would moving the router help maybe?

Connecting over ethernet could be a solution.
