Issues with New Max Hub

Set up new Max hub on Saturday. Most of my devices won't connect to it. Sky Q box is showing no internet connection. WiFi keeps dropping out and goes really slow. Sky have been no help. Told me to call back in a couple of days to book an engineer. What's going on?
