@Shaun1987 the replacement hub will be a Sky hubs 4.2 which is upright type and normally has greater WiFi range than the presumably flat type you had before. If you have an older Sky booster that will need replacing with the correct type for the new hub but it is an unusual issue as most people find the new hub a significant improvement. If you have Sky Q boxes make sure you have renetworked them as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-connect-to-sky-hub
Like any wifi source the hub needs careful placement so make sure it is out in the open on a surface rather than the floor.
