Issues placing order on Sky app and website

I am trying to order an upgrade of our broadband package (yes, Sky, we are trying to spend yet more money on your services/products!) but every time I try to complete the order, I get an error/technical issues message on both the website and the app. Does anyone know if the Sky website/app are down? There isn't a message anywhere and not sure whether it is an issue just with my account? Thanks!

@SusanaG you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Where this happens you have to callmin to place the order it would be helpful if thevonline sytem to,d you this but there you go. Its usually because there is a chnage such as a switch to a digital phone line which requires you answering some questions.
