Issues moving from now to sky

I have moved from now to sky, I got my sky hub last week but engineer is coming 7th April. Now today my Now has stopped working even though Sky said it would continue until Sky has activated. So I am left without wifi and have tried so many times to call but it keeps saying the dept is closed, even though I am calling between the hours it is open. I'm a bit confused

@Nat7 unfortunately it sounds like Openreach have terminated your old copper service early. This does occasionally happen and unfortunately it is usually impossible to get old service reinstated. You can try calling  Sky as this issue is probably linked to the provison of new service but I am optimistic they can do anything.
