Issues connecting Sky Max Pod

Hi,

 

I've recently signed up to Sky Max broadband.  Seems ok. but I've got some dead spots in the house, so I have received a Max Pod to try and combat this issue.

 

No matter what I do, I cannot get the pod to connect to the router.  They are now in the same room.  I've tried:

 

  • Waiting for the pod to connect by just plugging it in
  • Using the MySky app to get it to connect
  • Entering the serial number of the pod on MYSky app
  • Connecting the pod to the router via ethernet cable

 

None of these have worked, has anyone got any ideas?

It does sound like you've done all the troubleshooting for it. I've escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum from a Sky rep.
