Hi,
I've recently signed up to Sky Max broadband. Seems ok. but I've got some dead spots in the house, so I have received a Max Pod to try and combat this issue.
No matter what I do, I cannot get the pod to connect to the router. They are now in the same room. I've tried:
None of these have worked, has anyone got any ideas?

It does sound like you've done all the troubleshooting for it. I've escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum from a Sky rep.
