Issue with sky broadband set up

Have purchased a sky broadband however can only get the power and WiFi buttons to go green. Have tried resetting several times and still cannot get it to work. I am in need of the accessibility line as I am vunerable and need WiFi urgently.

Has your notified date for activation of the service actually happened?  The Hub won't do anything before then.

Please can someone help I'm a vulnerable person and I'm with sky accessibility open reach came out and changed a cable but left me with no broadband or working landline  I was then sent a new router and have two green lights on it only ; worst still I need to change my sky mobile as that's gone off same time it's not working currently so I can't get in touch by mobile I'm using neighbours Wi-Fi currently but still can't contact anyone . I have set up the router correctly I think but I need open reach and an engineer to sort this out for me asap as I have chronic health problems and need thee use of a phone line too. I will also need to speak to someone regarding changing ,my phone given that it's not working . Can I use all my roll over data in help with this . But I can't do anything till you send someone out to fix this  for now I can email if you email me back

As you mentioned that you are a vulnerable person and already with the Accessibility Team, I would suggest to get in touch with them as they can give you extra support if needed.



Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

I am already with sky acccessibility I still have no assurance when this will be fixed
