Issue with school VPN
My Fiancé has had no issues connecting via the VPN on her school issued laptop until a few weeks ago. The laptop will connect to our WiFi but then would find the VPN. We have tried turning the Router off and on but it still won't connect. Have any broadband settings or services changed on Sky's end that may have caused this?

If that's a white Max Hub, then yes.

Yes it is! What do I do to sort this issue? Opt out of something somewhere or do I have to fiddle with the hubs software?

Re: Issue with school VPN
You could try toggling UPnP to 'on' in the Max Hub admin settings in the My Sky app.
That should move Map-T from 8:1 to 1:1, which resolves the issue for some VPNs.
