Issue with router

The connected light on router is not on, therefore no internet. I have unplugged it etc, checked all cables.

phoned umpteen sky numbers but it seems impossible to actually speak with a human - only robots who are absolutely no help at all.

@Greendykes Only one number to call, link is below. Stay quite through the prompts and should get you to an agent. Service checker may let you know if area wide fault that sky are aware off.
