Issue with move request

I submitted a request for home move on the July 25 and I was notified my broadband would be activated at the new address on the 25th and at existing address I would have access till 24th.

 

today when I open, I see my broad band connection at my existing address  is disconnected!

 

why is this happening? I am loosing 24hrs of service in this case!

There's no specific time of the day that Openreach disconnect the service at the address.
