Issue with connection

Hi signal in out house is really slow my husband can't play games on Xbox due to connection issues and I don't have WiFi at all in bathrooms also the signal is braking I checked today on Speedtest and download was only 287 

and upload 65.8 so not sure why shy app showing it's 400 something ..  also I got package with some extra connection

@KlaudiaKarbo Download and upload range was good from your posting, so what is the xBox connection problem should not be a speed issue with what you have reported!

But I have issue with connection on my phone too , and my husband was playing on cloud gaming so not on console and it was freezing due to bad connection. 

Also as mention before I don't have connection in bathrooms too can someone sort that out? I have baby camera which have screen and have to take to bathroom when taking shower due to have too look of my baby is ok but there is no connection.

@KlaudiaKarbo Here is the information about it all, call sky from 8am to 8pm as you can only get supplied that way once the testing is completed!
