Issue with broadband

We have had to reset our broadband box twice within the last hour. The first time the voice light was amber and our internet was not working, the second time the internet and voice lights were amber. This has been an ongoing issue with our internet since we moved into this house and got our internet set up we have also had the router moved from the upsets bedroom to the living room and we're still having issues.
