Issue with Speed

Hub is not 500 speed. I want to claim.

the Puck has been the biggest disappointment 

 

 

I've also sent back the Sky q devices too, but I'm getting charged

@Glyn110 You have to do the calling to sky, The Forum is just not sky Customer Service!
