Sky had CityFibre install fibre to the house (wish I had refused). Sky router stopped working a couple of hours after the successful fibre install. (No green Internet light on Sky black router)
Called Sky twice. Sky Network team book an engineer, this was after I said the Fibre box was fine, all green lights and shared a photo.
CityFibre engineer turns up.... Sky box, Sky problem.
Called Sky. Not able to book a Sky engineer or send new router....
Left with no Internet for three days now and I work from home.
What do I do?
