Issue with Internet

I am having problems with Sky Q box being linked to the Internet. Other devices are working. This is since Open Reach has come and put full fibre into the property. I have reset the router and the sky q box.

@MelT2 There should be no problem between the two unless the Hub move has caused a distance issue with the Q to the Hub on the wireless wifi signal, same hub/same Q/same postion should be NO issue!

It has been moved but should not be an issue, as it worked once or twice. I have also had a booster linked

@MelT2 Then Black SR203 sky Broadband Hub linked to a sky Q main box and a sky SE210 Broadband Booster are the combination that works well, as your sky Hub has moved, what makes you think it's not a problem connecting to a Q, they are closer together now?

The Sky Q box and other devices say they are connect but no internet connection, across all devices.

@MelT2 So what do you see from this link below, you need to look at the Hub and the ONT involved!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
