Issue with Broadband setup

I have just received a text from Sky to say there is an issue with completing my Broadband order. It is due to activate tomorrow. I have logged on to my account and can see a return of the hub has been submitted today. They have said to call to get up and running but when I call there is no way I can get through to the right option on the automated service. Any thoughts?

@v2mick Yes, you call and speak to any sky Customer Service agent, anyone will be able to assist you!
