Somehow, I've forgotten the username/password for logging into the router. the default sky/admin aren't working. Does anyone know how to reset this?

@afaq1Depending on which router you have the reset button should be on the back of the router. Once found you need to hold it in for 20 seconds to reset it.

 

If you have not changed the default settings on the router, posted below is the information on how to get into the router.

Hi, I had all the problems mentioned in this thread/ feed. I tried everything and was about to return my 11 month old phone when I visited a friend and when I connected to her Wi-Fi which was BT - Turns out it was my sky broadband shield. That is now disabled and my phone is working perfectly fine now. Hope this help someone. You can disable it on your My Sky App.
