Issue connecting and staying connected

Once again, we have been having issues connecting to the Internet for the past 3 days.

Even when it connects again, it drops almost straight away. 

I need to work from home, please assist asap

@Jacqui41 Have you run the diagnostic checker test, or called sky for them to check for you! See the link below!
